ORDERING INFORMATION
Once you've selected items from our menu:
- Simply call one of these numbers:
(510) 452-1787, (510) 251-8030 in the East Bay;
or (415) 333-1787 in San Francisco,
or FAX 24 hours a day to (510) 251-1819
- Our office hours are 8AM-1PM Monday through Friday to speak with a real live person. (Yes, we personally answer the phone!)
- We can take SAME DAY orders up to 1PM each day.
- Orders may be placed 24 hours a day - just leave a message during non-office hours, or fax it to us! Advance orders encouraged by the day, the week, or even the month!
- All orders are delivered between 3-6PM (San Francisco 2-5:30 PM)
- All special requests require 24 hours notice. We can prepare or package meals to fill your special requests.
- Minimum order is $20.00 (except Rossmoor). Single orders will be taken with a minimum order of 3 per week.
- YES, we can leave food at your door. Please leave a cooler if you will not be available.
- Pay by: credit card (preferred) at time of order (Visa and MasterCard accepted), or a check at time of delivery.
- Deliveries in Alameda, San Francisco and Contra Costa Counties.
